At Jasvi Saree World, we aim to provide high-quality sarees and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 📦 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. ⏱️ Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. 📸 Proof Requirement
To process a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product as proof.
4. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Used or altered sarees
- Items purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged)
5. 🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for eligible cases (damaged/defective items). Exchange is subject to product availability.
6. 💰 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
7. 🚚 Return Shipping
In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Jasvi Saree World. In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping.
8. ⚠️ Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
